Floor Technician at Hilton Norfolk THE MAIN

Job Responsibilities

1. Operate heavy machinery such as a floor buffer
2. Use of specialized, power equipment
3. Perform preventative maintenance check on all equipment prior to use.
4. Floors care, including routine mopping (dry and damp), buffing and burnishing on hard surface floors and stairwells.
5. Vacuuming, shampooing, bonneting and extracting carpets, stairwells and upholstery.
6. Wall cleaning in the areas where the floor equipment is used.
7. Maintenance of floor care equipment
8. Clean designated areas in the prescribed manner while following safety & security procedures.
9. Use designated chemicals, supplies & equipment to clean various floor surfaces removing soil & dirt.
10. Successfully completes other duties as assigned.
