Salary Range: $74,475 - $84,405
Position Summary
The Impact Coordinator works with team members, budgets, and procedures to ensure the implementation and operational success of the initiatives, relationships and partnerships that execute on the Trust’s priority goals by executing essential organization responsibilities to the team. This position serves as the internal and external operational and administrative liaison for the Homeownership and Small Business strategy.
Position Responsibilities
- Aids in building relationships with key stakeholders including community leaders, civic leaders, corporations and donors
- Performs administrative tasks, including meeting coordination, hosting meetings, developing agendas, recording meeting outcomes, and handling scheduling for Sr. Director/Director
- Supports cross-functional collaboration within the Trust, maintaining close communication with Philanthropic Services, Learning and Impact, Finance, Strategic Communications, Policy and Advocacy, and Trust collaboratives*
- Trust collaboratives currently supported through this role include Connecting Capital and Community and the Fund for Equitable Business Growth, which are aligned with the Homeownership & Home Equity Strategy and Small Business Strategy. The position will provide administrative, coordination, and operational support to these collaboratives as directed by the Senior Director.
- Develops communication pre- and post-meetings, events, conferences, etc.
- Coordinates the collection, research, tracking and sharing of data, reports, documents, tools, etc. with appropriate parties for various projects
- Tracks, monitors and supports the execution of contracts
- Tracks budgets
- Supports drafting and editing of Requests for Proposals, memos, write-ups, Letters of Intent, grant proposals
- Supports grant making processes and activities including pre-work, communications, site visits, decisions and grant writing
- Represents the Trust in external region-wide initiatives that include grant-making and key events or coalition meetings upon request
- Creates and/or executes presentations to staff, Executive Committee and external stakeholders upon request
- Provides support in on-boarding team staff members, including task, process, and systems-related one-on-one training to full-time, temporary staff and interns
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements
Position Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree, or equivalent training and work experience.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent Microsoft Office (Outlook, Work, Excel, Power Point) and internet skills.
- Proficiency with online systems and databases, including Salesforce, Foundation Power, SmartSimple and Concur skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills: proofreading, composing and editing communications; ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks and work independently.
- Ability to interact effectively with Trust staff and stakeholders.
- Ability to be flexible in roles representing the Trust
- Ability to compile and display data.
- Willingness to work as a team member.
- Flexibility in work hours. May include occasional evening/weekend hours.
