Summary

The Steward at Coffee Post plays an essential role in keeping Coffee Post clean, organized, and fully stocked for our guests. This position is responsible for restocking refrigerated drinks, freshly made foods, dry snacks, and medicines; checking food freshness and expiration dates; rotating products; checking product presentation and availability; and maintaining clean, orderly shelves and market areas. Team members also assist guests by answering questions and helping them locate items. This position is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail who takes pride in maintaining a welcoming market and providing attentive guest service. During busy periods, the Steward may also support the Coffee Post counter by assisting guests with beverage or food orders, in coordination with the Barista team.

Qualifications

  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to lift, carry, pull, and push moderate weight throughout the shift, including when replenishing market products.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time while stocking and maintaining the market.
  • A genuine passion for caring for people and creating exceptional guest experiences through a clean, well-stocked market and friendly service.
  • Ability to assist guests promptly, answer questions, and help them find products.
