Role: Caregiver

Responsibilities Include

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
• Following and documenting updates to Individualized Service Plans (ISP)
• Promoting safety, dignity, and independence for residents
• Engaging residents through conversation and daily activities
• Supporting dining services and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment
• Communicating effectively with families and care team members
• Creating enriching experiences in Memory Care for residents with memory loss

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma/GED and age 18+
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
• HHA, PCA, or CNA license
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
