TERRITORY SALES MANAGER

Field-Based: Located in Miami, FL or Fort Lauderdale, FL & Tampa, FL or Orlando, FL

Travel Requirements: This position requires up to 15% domestic travel.

This is a driving position. A valid U.S. Driver’s License required; applicants must pass an MVR (Motor Vehicle

Record) screening.

Salary Range: $60,000-$65,000

POSITION OVERVIEW

As an On Premise Territory Sales Manager, you’ll be the face of CELSIUS in your city taking the brand to the

trendiest spots, restaurants, rooftops, clubs, lounges where culture thrives and the next generation connects.

You’ll be responsible for growing CELSIUS’ retail footprint across hospitality, foodservice, and local distribution

channels, working together with our partners to execute high-impact sales and marketing strategies. This is a

dynamic, relationship-driven role for someone who knows the scene turning connections into partnerships and

energy into growth.

You’ll bring strong field sales instincts, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a genuine passion for wellness-driven

products. Your mission: to expand our Live Fit purpose to more places, more people, more often by making

CELSIUS the drink of choice everywhere the action happens

Requirements

• Experience: 1+ years in consumer goods sales, beverage industry, or distributor sales
• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face sales in the field
• Experience with CRM tools and sales performance tracking
• Knowledge of retail execution, route rides, and promotional planning

The base salary range for this position is dependent on experience and location. The final offer will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, and qualifications. This position may be eligible for other compensation, including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (subject to company plans).
