About the Company

Our partner is a fast-moving consumer crypto-trading startup building a next-generation trading platform for retail users. The team is small, technical, and ambitious, working in person out of New York, with several roles opening across the business as the company scales.

The Opportunity

As the Founder's Associate, you will work directly with the founders on the company's most important priorities. This is a generalist operator seat: one week you may be standing up a new initiative, the next you may be digging into a problem nobody else owns yet.

It is a high-trust, high-visibility role with exposure to every part of the business, built for someone who wants to learn how a crypto company is built from the inside and take on more ownership quickly.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with the founders on strategic and operational priorities
• Own cross-functional projects from scoping through execution
• Stand up new initiatives and processes as the company grows
• Analyze problems, frame decisions, and drive follow-through across teams
• Serve as a force multiplier for the founding team on whatever matters most that week

Requirements

• Experience at a crypto or DeFi startup in a generalist or operator role
• Strong understanding of crypto markets and trading products
• Track record of owning ambiguous projects end to end
• Sharp analytical and communication skills, with the judgment to work directly alongside founders
• High ownership and comfort in a fast-paced, early-stage environment
• Able to work in person from the New York office
