Enrollment Specialist (Appointment Setter) at Republic Financial Services

Republic Financial Services operates Timeshare Help Center. We help timeshare owners explore options for exiting unwanted contracts, and we connect them with senior specialists who walk through those options.

We are hiring Appointment Setters, also called Enrollment Specialists, to schedule those consultations. This is an in-office, Phoenix-based role.

What You'll Do

- Speak by phone with timeshare owners

- Ask qualifying questions to understand their situation

- Schedule consultations with senior specialists

- Keep accurate notes in the CRM

- Follow up with interested owners

You set the appointment. The specialist handles the consultation. This role does not promise a cancellation, a legal outcome, or a result for any owner.

Requirements

- Comfortable on the phone

- Motivated by performance-based income

- Sales, call-center, or appointment-setting experience

- Experience with timeshare, travel, hospitality, or a similar phone sales role is a plus

- Spanish is a plus, not a requirement

- Able to work on site, full time, Monday through Friday

- Work location: in person, 101 North 1st Avenue, Suite 900, Phoenix, AZ 85003

Benefits

- 1099 independent contractor

- $1,300 draw, paid twice a month, when commission for that period does not cover it

- Uncapped earnings, $40,000 to $80,000 or more per year

- No guaranteed base salary

- Performance-based income

- Full-time weekday schedule at our downtown Phoenix office
