Scope of Role
We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and entrepreneurial Marketing Production Director to oversee the planning, management, and delivery of integrated creative production across multiple clients and marketing campaigns.
Sitting within our Marketing & Consulting Creative Services team, this individual will serve as the central point of coordination between external client stakeholders, internal creative and media teams, and agency partners. They will be responsible for translating marketing objectives and campaign requirements into actionable creative briefs, overseeing the end-to-end production of creative assets, and ensuring deliverables are executed efficiently, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Beyond managing day-to-day production, this individual will play a critical role in building and shaping our creative production function from the ground up. We are looking for someone with a builder mentality who is energized by the opportunity to establish processes, create structure, and develop scalable workflows that support a growing creative agency.
The ideal candidate brings a strong agency background, with experience managing high-volume creative production across a broad range of marketing channels, including paid and organic social, digital advertising, video, email, web, out-of-home, print, experiential, and integrated brand campaigns. This is a hands-on leadership role for a proactive, resourceful self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. The successful candidate will be comfortable navigating ambiguity, taking ownership without an established playbook, and balancing immediate production needs with the opportunity to build processes and ways of working that enable the team to scale.
