Business Development Representative

Hopkins Printing is seeking a motivated and results-driven

Business Development Representative to join our team. This position will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and helping grow our presence within the commercial printing industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and prospective customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Generate leads through prospecting, networking, referrals, and outreach.
• Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, Estimating, and Production teams to meet customer needs.
• Present Hopkins Printings products, services, and capabilities to prospective customers.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and follow up on potential opportunities.
• Meet established sales and business development goals.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or business development experience preferred.
• Commercial printing or manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive, professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
• Comfortable developing new relationships and generating new business.
