Landscape & Grounds Technician at Kabredlo's Property, Inc.

Kabredlo's Property is hiring an experienced landscaping professional who wants steady, year-round work with a local company. You'll maintain the landscaping at our apartment communities throughout Lincoln, where quality and pride in your work matter. If you have experience in professional landscaping, grounds maintenance, or irrigation and want a long-term position, we want to talk to you.

What You'll Do

• Maintain professional landscaping at apartment communities throughout Lincoln
• Prune, weed, mulch, plant, and complete seasonal cleanups
• Maintain trees, shrubs, flower beds, and landscaped areas
• Spot and correct landscape, irrigation, weed, and property appearance issues
• Install plants, trees, shrubs, mulch, rock, and other landscape materials
• Inspect, adjust, and make basic repairs to sprinkler and irrigation systems
• Assist with snow removal and seasonal property maintenance

What We're Looking For

• At least 2 years of professional landscaping, grounds maintenance, or similar experience
• Experience using landscaping tools and equipment
• Irrigation or sprinkler repair experience strongly preferred
• Strong attendance and a dependable work history
• Able to work independently and recognize what needs to be done
• Comfortable working outdoors year-round in heat, cold, rain, and snow
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

Pay and Benefits

Starting at $25/hour or more, based on experience and skill level. Guaranteed 40-hour workweeks, year-round. This is a permanent position with room to grow with our company.
