Site Service Lead at 1 Resource Group

1 Resource Group is seeking a Site Service Lead. The Site Service Lead will oversee a crew performing general site work and cleanup at an industrial facility. This individual will help coordinate daily tasks, ensure employees stay on track, maintain a clean and organized work area, and actively assist with hands-on cleanup as needed. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable leading a team in an industrial environment.

Requirements

• Supervise and provide direction to crew members throughout the workday.

• Assign daily tasks and ensure work is completed efficiently and properly.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• Assist with general cleanup, debris removal, and housekeeping duties.

• Ensure employees follow site safety procedures and wear required PPE.

• Monitor work progress and communicate any issues or concerns to management.

• Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are handled and stored properly.

• Lead by example by staying hands-on and assisting the crew with daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a lead, supervisor, or crew leader role preferred.

• Industrial, construction, maintenance, or general labor experience is a plus.

• Ability to lead a team while performing physical labor.

• Strong communication, reliability, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work in an industrial environment and follow safety guidelines
