Community Stabilization Clinician at Estelle's Professional Community Services

Estelle’s Professional Community Services is seeking a contracted Community Stabilization Clinician to provide community-based services to individuals experiencing behavioral health crises in Virginia. We welcome qualified LMHP, LMHP-R, LMHP-S, and LMHP-RP applicants.

Responsibilities

• Complete clinical assessments and individualized treatment plans within your scope of practice.

• Provide crisis intervention, safety planning, and therapeutic support.

• Coordinate referrals and transitions to ongoing care.

• Collaborate with clients, natural supports, and other service providers.

• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation.

Requirements

License and Registration Requirements

Applicants must hold an active Virginia license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Psychologist; or qualify as an LMHP-R (Resident in Counseling or Marriage and Family Therapy), LMHP-S (Supervisee in Social Work), or LMHP-RP (Resident in Psychology).

Residents and supervisees must maintain required board-approved supervision and practice within their authorized scope.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in crisis intervention and community mental health.

• Familiarity with Virginia Medicaid documentation requirements.

• Strong clinical documentation, communication, and care coordination skills.
