Position: The client is currently seeking a Mid-Senior level Corporate Associate with 3 to 8 years of sophisticated M&A transactions experience to join our growing and highly collaborative Corporate Practice Group.

Experience That Makes You a Fit

Private company mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, commercial contracts, LLC/shareholder agreements, and advising middle market companies on various other general corporate matters.

Extensive knowledge of private equity, sophisticated M&A transactions and private securities offerings.

Strong writing and communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for someone who is bright, eager to continue to learn and develop new skills and who is a self-starter with a strong work ethic and an entrepreneurial approach to practicing law.

Experience with alternative practice structures is a plus.
