Roles And Responsibilities

• Manage an independent docket, and gain substantial trial experience with opportunities for long term career growth.
• Prepare and argue motions, take depositions, attend court hearings, and try lawsuits.
• Manage all aspects of civil litigation matters, including court proceedings, filings, motions practice, and ongoing casework.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support clients and develop effective litigation strategies.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, case updates, and reporting.
• Handle increasing levels of responsibility while delivering excellent legal representation and achieving favorable client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Minimum of 7 years of civil litigation experience.
• At least 5 years of trial experience required.
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and courtroom advocacy skills.
• Self motivated, with a positive attitude, a genuine interest in trying cases, professional pride, and a commitment to client success.
