Our Fayetteville – Ramsey Street clinic includes a board-certified Women's Certified Specialist, alongside expertise in pelvic health, dry needling, and sports rehabilitation. You'll treat a genuinely broad outpatient caseload — orthopedics, manual therapy, and pelvic health — from day one.

Responsibilities

• Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
• Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
• Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
• Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
• Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice).
• Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care.
• CPR and First Aid Certification required

Compensation: $83k - $90k+ inclusive of productivity incentives, up to $5k Sign On Bonus, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
