Groundskeeper at Douglass Properties

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Groundskeeper to help maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of our community properties. This role is ideal for a self-starter who takes pride in their work, can perform duties independently, and is comfortable with a position that involves extensive walking and outdoor tasks. The Groundskeeper plays a key role in creating a well-maintained environment for both customers and staff.

Pay & Benefits

$19–$21 per hour (DOE)

Fulltime schedule

Requirements

Valid driver’s license

High school diploma or equivalent

Must be 21+ years old

Weekend availability required during winter months

Comfortable working outdoors year-round

Self-starter who takes initiative during downtime

Responsibilities

Maintain grounds and common areas

Snow removal and winter maintenance

Complete general daily maintenance tasks
