Associate Attorney (Creditors Rights) at Velo Law Office

Creditors' Rights Law Firm is seeking a remote associate attorney to help with its growing portfolio of accounts in Michigan. Applicant will be responsible for attending 10 to 15 remote and in person civil court hearings throughout the State of Michigan each week, preparing legal pleadings, legal research, and negotiating settlements with opposing counsel.

Candidate should be licensed to practice law in the State of Michigan.

Candidate must be organized, hardworking, and committed to learning the interworking of a very specialized field.
