Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Analyst Assistant for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Temecula, CA. This role is ideal for an early-career professional with 1 to 2 years of financial analysis experience who enjoys working with data, supporting financial reporting, and contributing to multiple projects in a fast-paced financial services environment.

The Analyst Assistant will work closely with financial analysts and project managers to support analysis, reporting, project tracking, and data organization. This is a strong opportunity for someone with a bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, or a related quantitative field who wants to continue building a career in financial analysis. The work environment offers collaboration, supportive leadership, and the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with meaningful finance and reporting projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Support financial analysts with data gathering, analysis, reporting, and research activities.
• Assist project managers with tracking project details, timelines, documentation, and deliverables.
• Create, update, and maintain Excel spreadsheets, reports, and analytical tools.
• Organize financial data and project information to ensure accuracy, consistency, and accessibility.
• Manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively with internal team members to support timely completion of analysis and reporting tasks.

Compensation And Benefits

• Pay range: $29 to $31 per hour.
• Employment type: Temp-to-hire.
• Location: Temecula, CA.
