Key Responsibilities For The Accounts Payable Specialist

• Process, review, and code vendor invoices accurately and timely.
• Prepare and reconcile weekly check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies, vendor inquiries, and payment issues.
• Reconcile vendor statements and maintain accurate accounts payable records.
• Assist with month-end close activities, accruals, and AP reporting.

Qualifications For The Accounts Payable Specialist

• 2+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.
• Experience with invoice processing, reconciliations, and vendor management.
• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
