Job Description

• Review project drawings, specifications, and available documentation to identify cost-related details.
• Prepare clear estimates for construction projects using accurate quantities, labor assumptions, and material costs.
• Develop project cost summaries that help the company evaluate proposed work.
• Compare estimate inputs and update pricing details as project information changes.
• Work with construction team members to clarify scope details and reduce gaps in estimates.
• Track estimate assumptions and supporting information to maintain clear project records.
• Present estimate information in a format that supports internal review and project planning.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Estimator Should Have

• 7+ years of estimating or construction operations experience.
• Experience supporting projects up to $200 million in value.
• Background in commercial construction, healthcare, higher education, multifamily, retail, or renovation projects.
• Experience leading or mentoring estimating teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Mission critical/data center project experience is highly desirable.
