Job Description

• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Control budgets, forecasting, contracts, and cost reporting
• Lead subcontractor procurement and execution strategies
• Coordinate owners, consultants, and field operations teams
• Ensure projects meet schedule, quality, and financial goals

The Successful Applicant

• Experience managing mid-rise construction projects required
• High-rise construction exposure preferred
• Strong financial and contract management capabilities
• Ability to lead multiple project stakeholders effectively
• Stable tenure with respected general contractors

What's On Offer

Salary: $150,000 - $175,000+

• $500 monthly gas allowance
