Job Description

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through project completion.
• Collaborate with operations, estimating, and field teams during budgeting, planning, and procurement phases.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, subcontractor coordination, and client communication.
• Lead project documentation utilizing project management and scheduling software.
• Monitor project financial performance and ensure successful project delivery.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors throughout the construction process.
• Visit active project sites as needed, typically averaging two site visits per month.
• Support quality control, safety initiatives, and client satisfaction efforts.
• Manage negotiated and select-bid projects across a wide variety of commercial market sectors.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Experience as a Project Manager or strong Assistant Project Manager with a commercial general contractor.
• Background managing commercial interior renovations, tenant improvements, healthcare, financial, office, education, or similar projects.
• Strong understanding of project schedules, budgets, subcontract management, and contract administration.
• Experience with project management software platforms such as Procore, ProjectSight, or similar systems.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Project or comparable scheduling software.
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Base salary: $90,000 - $110,000
