Compensation Range: $60,000 - $125,000

As a Service Advisor at Norm Reeves Honda Vista, you're at the center of the action! From a busy service drive and unexpected repairs to helping guests get back on the road, no two days are ever the same.

We're looking for an experienced Service Advisor who enjoys the fast pace of the automotive industry, knows how to balance guest expectations with service department demands, and takes pride in delivering results. What You'll Do

• Create a great first impression by welcoming guests and making their service experience seamless from start to finish
• Build trust and drive service sales by recommending maintenance and repairs based on each guest's needs
• Serve as the key connection between guests and technicians, ensuring clear communication throughout the repair process
• Prepare accurate repair orders, manage service timelines, and keep guests informed every step of the way
• Navigate the unexpected, from repair delays to last-minute changes, with professionalism and a solutions-focused approach
• Build lasting guest relationships while meeting sales, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals

What You’ll Need

• Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience is required
• Strong automotive service knowledge and a proven ability to drive sales
• Excellent communication skills and a talent for building guest relationships
• Ability to multitask, solve problems, and thrive in a fast-paced service drive
• A positive, team-first attitude with a strong sense of accountability
• Full-time availability, minimum age of 18, and a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
