opportunity for a Data Management Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to the

Data Management Team lead, the incumbent’s primary role is to enter and

validate data being entered in to our HR systems. This is an entry level

position and is ideal for a self-motivated individual with a passion for

HR systems and understanding the workflow in the HR function. Join our

collaborative team and play an important role in ensuring the integrity of our

HR data.

YourKey Responsibilities

  • Completes all routine data entryand data validation and ensures accuracy, following HRMS processes (e.g.,self-service applications, paper Employee Change Forms (ECFs) and electronicfile loads). Confirms documents are complete with appropriate approvals priorto entering data. Creates and maintains online employee files.

  • Performsvalidation activities for data entered into Oracle and E1 HR Management Systemsand coordinates with global data team to make any necessary corrections.

  • Maywork on audits and related reports on daily basis. Suggests changes based on outcomes to improveexisting processes.

  • May perform other duties of a similar nature and levelas assigned.

YourCapabilities and Credentials

  • Modern officeequipment

  • Microsoft OfficeSuite

  • HRIS Systems(preferably Oracle)

  • Data management bestpractices and principles

  • Human Resourcesgeneral policies, procedures and guidelines

  • Data analytics andauditing principles

  • French language isnot required, but would be an asset

Educationand Experience

  • Minimum of2-3 years of related work experience.

  • An ability to manage a heavy workload, with a closeattention to detail.

  • Have impressive communication skills and meet tightdeadlines.

  • The ability to work autonomously, reviewing work on aregular basis and consistently meeting role objectives.
