Meridian is seeking a part time Field Service Coordinator Admin to join our growing team. The successful candidate will embody and demonstrate our core values of Eagerly Optimistic, Humbly Confident, Adapt and Overcome, Commitment to Capture, Be Above the Bar, Help First and will be responsible for developing and maintaining the Dispatch department, it's team, and its functions.


Team Meridian


  • Attend one-on-one meetings with Operations Manager


  • Attend daily huddle


  • Attend weekly operations department meetings


  • Attend weekly admin department meetings


  • Participate in monthly company call


  • Participate in quarterly performance review

Scheduling


  • Receive work order


  • Determine solution (assemble and choose team, maximize margin, prioritize resources)


  • Contact technician


  • Update system (allocate job to software)


  • Received technician response


  • Hand off order


  • Escalate issues to Department Manager and Operations Manager


  • Update Department Manager and Operations Manager


  • Create open order report (Friday update Manager on duty)


  • Update Customer Solutions Department


  • Service was scheduled within 72 hours


  • Margin was maximized (mobilization, labor); 75% margin was achieved


  • Positive team feedback was received


  • System was updated accurately real time


  • Open order report was accurate and distributed by 5 o'clock Friday
