Description Summary:


The Senior HR Manager will partner with all business leaders in the region and globally for specific functions by implementing talent management programs to enhance the effectiveness and capability of the organization in the areas of talent acquisition, performance management, associate development and movement of talent.


The Senior HR Manager will cultivate relationships of associates and managers; linking human resources strategies to business objectives: ensuring compliance with all labour laws; managing labour law relationships when required; advising management on a variety of topics related to talent.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Understand organizational capabilities within assigned client groups, assist with implementation of organizational design and structure improvements to support delivery of the business strategy.
  • Support Performance Management processes including co-creating performance improvement plans and ensuring leaders are following through with the annual process.
  • Consult with clients on internal movement decisions; transfers, promotions, job enhancements and ensure decisions are in line with company policy and leveling guides.
  • Support Employee Relations investigations and consult with managers and legal counsel on outcomes and next steps.
  • Work with attorneys as required to ensure legal compliance. Act as liaison to governmental compliance agencies as required. Ensure consistent application of policies/procedures including but not limited to recruiting, training, reward & recognition and associate development.
  • Identify training needs for assigned client groups and deliver appropriate solutions by either working with external vendors or internal resources where possible.
  • Facilitate training and development programs.
  • Develop a good understanding of compensation programs for assigned client groups including annual merit review and incentive programs. Work closely with HR Compensation on advice in the areas of industry best practices regarding salary guidelines, external pay practices, competitive market philosophies and compensation administration in order to ensure compensation equity across the organization
  • Ensure data and process integrity in the global HRMS systems for the own associate base, including payroll in some countries.
  • Reports monthly metrics to HR leadership and drives to ensure that countermeasures are in place when not hitting targets.

Qualification


  • Experience of working in a high performance/ metrics driven culture
  • Experience of working in complex and cross-functional initiatives, processes, or projects
  • Exposure to higher management
  • BA with 5 years of multi geography HR Management experience
  • Good skills in: consulting, contracting, negotiating, coaching
  • Very good understanding of compensation, recruiting, organizational development is preferred (ideal mix 2 or more areas)
  • Thorough and deep knowledge of the employee life cycle
  • Experience in a high growth, changing environment with a solid track record of successfully implementing HR programs and initiatives
  • Willingness to travel inside and outside own Region
