GENERAL FUNCTION:


Knowledge of all departmental areas with ability to assist in all functions as needed.


Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues, and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the Bank’s risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Responsible for prioritizing work and delegating tasks to ensure proper coverage of functions.


  • Oversee and assist in resolving escalated operational and customer service issues.


  • Responsible for monitoring productivity and quality, and providing feedback to management.


  • Promote teamwork and the cross training of employees.


  • Suggest to management new techniques and ideas to improve productivity from self and employees.


  • Identify and implement work efficiencies through process improvement techniques.


  • Sustain an active involvement in workflow distribution to ensure that all customer deadlines are met.


  • Prioritize and assign work to nonexempt departmental staff when covering for absences of Workflow Coordinators.


  • Prep work on all hard copy documents going into the imaging cycle. This includes being able to identify with all document types.


  • Shipping and receiving functions with the hard copy documents including opening and sorting mail, and storing closing packages temporarily, etc.


  • Serve as departmental resource for ongoing questions and problem solving.


  • Notify management of any potential customer service, procedure issues, or risk violations.


  • Perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures.


  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:


  • High school diploma or equivalent required.


  • Two (2) years experience in lockbox or comparable area.


  • Demonstrated ability to work in team environment.


  • Proven leadership skills.


  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Problem solving skills. Strong organizational skills.


  • Experience with Microsoft products, such as Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook are a plus.


  • Detail-oriented.


  • Demonstrated organizational and multi tasking skills.


  • Able to work well in fast paced, computer driven atmosphere.


  • Ability to operate various pieces of machinery.
