The Functions and Engagements Head will lead the team responsible for the daily operations, facilitating collaboration among fusion center teams, situational awareness, and generating and sustaining Citi client business. In order to achieve the above results, this position will be responsible for the below functions:

  • 10 + years in the financial industry preferably at Citi

  • Manage all Fusion Center engagements (both internal and client facing)

  • Manage the Client Intelligence Network (CIN)

  • Proven presentation and communication skills

  • Prepare, present, and execute cyber awareness presentations to senior level Citi internal and external clients.

  • Manage the coordination and tracking of all Fusion Center engagements

  • Maintains close coordination and integration with fusion center teams across GIS, CSIS, CTI, and GCB Fraud

  • Develop Fusion Center marketing materials for internal and external distribution

  • Act as primary liaison for business partners regarding cybersecurity support

  • Manage daily brief call

  • Approve the edited daily summary report to be distributed to all Citi internal

  • Apply expertise to ascertain the impact of an attack and develop threat trends to develop mitigation techniques and countermeasures that can prevent future attacks

  • Liaison with external partners to build greater situational awareness for the Cyber Security Fusion Center and its partners

  • Track, monitor, and provide updates to the summary reports


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

  • Excellent relationship-management skills - experience in building relationships and partnering effectively cross functionally and at all levels across a Global Organization

  • Effective leadership skills and heighted sense of accountability

  • Project Management experience

  • Customer-oriented, resourceful and enthusiastic

  • Excellent knowledge of fusion center organizational structure, processes, and key players

  • Experience in working directly with senior-level leaders

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

  • Able to work independently, be self-motivated, and deliver results

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent organizational skills
