Job Summary

A well-established Limousine Service based in the Northeast Atlanta area seeks a Customer Service Department Representative with experience in Customer Service, Sales, or Hospitality.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Answers in-coming phone call for the purpose of booking a reservation or answering questions about an existing reservation. Submit a quote if required. All calls should be answered within three (3) rings.

  • Enter in reservations that have been received by fax or e-mail. Confirm reservation with customer

  • In the process of booking the reservation the information needs to be entered the software quickly and accurately. All required fields must be filled in to have a complete reservation.

  • Up-sell our services, or convert to other vehicle types that are available in inventory. Confirm Credit Card payment has been properly processed and approved.

  • For last minute reservations confirm with Dispatch to ensure the company can met its commitment on the reservation.

  • The reservation must be confirmed with the customer, both verbally and in written form. Send out contracts if required

  • If required, assist Affiliates with booking or confirming reservation. Farm out reservations to Affiliates if required

  • Reservations need to be ?scrubbed? on the Dispatch Board to ensure all information is correct an accurate

  • Assist in resolving problem situations with customer service issues.

  • Assist other CSRs in solving problems, or in further training of the position

  • Perform other tasks or side-duties that have been assigned by the CSR supervisor or General Manager.

Qualifications and Skills

  • The ability to establish a good working relationship with co-workers, subordinates, customers, inspectors, and Affiliates

  • Must have a working knowledge of MS Outlook, and MS Word.

  • Must be able to easily learn and understand the reservation software

  • Possess the skill to access situations, solve problems, work efficiently, often under stress all within set deadlines

  • Previous limousine or transportation service or similar (Courier, Transportation, Travel Agency, Hotel, etc.) experience a plus.
