What You’ll Get to Do:

Responsible for supporting the ediscovery needs of attorneys and support staff and implementing the Department of Justices best practices related to ediscovery and data workflow. Responsible for hands-on file manipulation, loading, and conversion services. Responsible for ensuring that incoming productions are made pursuant to the applicable ESI specifications and when deficiencies are found, provides DOJ staff with detailed notice of deficiencies.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a team environment with little supervision.

  • Excellent writing skills and oral communication skills are extremely important.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy is extremely important.

  • Maintain accurate and current records of all aspects of a project relating to tracking, specifications, and chain of custody related documents.

  • Able to multi-task and troubleshoot issues related to physical and electronic media, folders, and files.

  • Ability to convey technical processes and terminology into easy to understand language.

  • Ability to work extra hours as needed.

  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software and operating systems.

  • Should be a knowledgeable user of the Microsoft Office suite.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Undergraduate degree strongly preferred; substantial significant experience may be substituted for degree requirement.

  • Litigation support experience strongly preferred

  • Familiarity with Government data processing environments, PC-based applications, and eDiscovery platforms is desired
