Rotating throughout finance units, you will have the opportunity to participate in complex projects that can have a significant impact on the business while strengthening the skills necessary to lead in the finance industry. Training curriculum, mentoring, on the job learning and exposure to senior leadership will be offered in these entry level opportunities with the ability to advance within our company upon completion of the analyst program.

Job Responsibilities

  • Specific activities vary by assignment but could include:

  • Conducts and documents moderate to complex financial analysis projects

  • Prepares financial and business related analysis and research in such areas as financial and expense performance, budgeting, costing, rate of return, depreciation, and working capital

  • Prepares forecasts and analyzes trends in sales, finance, general business conditions and other related areas

  • Active role in monthly, quarterly and annual system forecasting across the company

  • Assists with audits and ensure compliance

  • Assists in the development of business policies, and conducts special financial and business related studies

  • Assists with month-end financial reports; balance sheet reconciliation

  • Responds to pricing requests by preparing pricing models and communicating pricing to sales management

  • May develop pricing grids for product and services sold and/or leased Brings inconsistencies and problems to the attention of management

  • Posts journal entries, help with accounts receivable, payable and bank statement reconciliation

  • Maintenance of client files & records

  • Other duties as assigned

Scope of Job

Limited to direct impact to financial strategy and activities. Works on moderately complex tasks and/or projects. Position requires some evaluation, originality or ingenuity.


  • Recent graduate of a Bachelors’ degree program in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Math or Economics

  • Must have advanced Excel and PowerPoint and have a technical aptitude to learn new applications quickly

  • Able to handle multiple assignments simultaneously and effectively meet deadlines

  • Strategic and creative thinking; distinguished written and oral communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Military-Affiliated candidates encouraged to apply (Veterans, Military Spouses, and Guard/Reservists)

  • Minimum GPA of 3.5 or above preferred
