HRSC Process Expert I


Responsible for monitoring overall departmental effectiveness of assigned HR discipline.


Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:


  • Develops and executes test scenarios.


  • Ensures transactional deadlines are met.


  • Analyzes exception reports, researches workflow problems and system irregularities.


  • Maintains and updates Standard Operating Procedures.


  • Identifies and leads departmental process improvement initiatives; identifies trends and training needs; provides processing direction and guidance; develops and presents training topics.


  • Partners with managers on special projects. Provides support and counsel for retirees.


  • Maintains and analyzes benefits information; performs transactional audits and provides feedback.

HRSC Process Expert II


Responsible for serving as a single point of contact within HRSolutions (HRSC) and advocate for associates with the most complex transactional problems or unique scenarios which cross over multiple HR disciplines.


Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:


  • Serves as primary contact to HR Business Partners for inquiries and data requests.


  • Serves as an educator and resource for HRSC processes. Assists in increasing associate engagement in various programs (i.e. 401(k), ESPP, discount offerings, PTO sell, new parent transition week, etc.).


  • Provides on the spot training and coaching; provides classroom training in conjunction with other initiatives. Identifies trends and opportunities for training and process improvement.


  • Conducts routine audits, analyzes exception reports, and makes appropriate corrections based on data with focus on flawless execution for customers.

Requires


high school diploma;


3+ years HRSC experience with exposure to multiple HRSC disciplines and expertise in at least one discipline;


or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.


Experience working with PeopleSoft


Experience working with Excel

HRSC Process Expert II


Requires


High school diploma;


5+ years of HRSC experience with exposure to multiple HRSC disciplines and expertise in at least one discipline, strong customer service advocacy skills;


or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
