SIEMENS Smart Infrastructure is seeking a confident and
self-motivated leader to direct and develop a team of Energy Service
Engineers. Using your technical
excellence along with your innovative, people first leadership skills, you will
help ensure your team’s success in tailoring our customer’s needs into winning


  • Leads, manages and oversees the Southwest Zone’s energyservice engineering team.

  • As the subject matter expert, directs team ofenergy engineers to develop and implement energy service strategies that includefacility site visits and audits to qualify, identify and quantify simple tocomplex facility improvement measures (FIMS) andopportunities

  • Communicates requirements with internal resourcesand outside vendors on FIMS

  • Leads or assists in the development of proposalsand reports

  • Develops measurement, fault detection/diagnosticand performance assurance plans

  • Monitors project performance, performsretro-commissioning and other energy services.

  • Works directly with sales and branch operations indeveloping account strategies to grow our energy services businessline.

  • Development and day-to-day leadership of theenergy engineering team through the PMP process.

Preferred Education, Experience andQualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-year managerial experience in the energy servicefield

  • BS or higher in engineering orapplicable technical degree.

  • Certification: CEM and LEEDCredentialed, PE desired

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suiteprograms, high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

  • Experience with HVAC systems, buildingcontrols, lighting, building envelope, electrical, and domestic water systemtechnologies / design.

  • Experience with data logging equipmentand trending capability of building automation systems trending functions.

  • Experience with building modeling programs orspreadsheet energy analyses.

  • Experience with standard ASHRAE energycalculations and IPMVP performance assurance methodologies.

  • Knowledge of common HVAC andelectrical building codes.

  • Knowledge of facility and maintenanceoperations, capital planning, maintenance budgeting and maintenance bestpractices.

  • Must be willing and available to travel 25%overnight for business development, training, meetings,etc.

  • Individual must possess a valid Driver's license in good standing,and must beat least 21 years of age in order to participate in the required Siemens vehicleplan.
