About the Role

We are looking for a Vendor Compliance Analyst to join the Stitch Fix Operations Team to be the first point of contact for all our Vendors’ operational questions and be responsible for managing all chargeback disputes.

The Vendor Compliance Analyst will become an expert on our Vendor Manual requirements and be the first point of contact for questions on operational processes and related chargebacks for our vendor partners and internal teams. Reporting to the Vendor Compliance Manager, the Vendor Compliance Analyst will work closely with other members of the team, cross-functional business partners, vendors, and employees in our warehouses located across the country. We're looking for someone who is proficient in Excel, has exceptional written communication skills, good judgment, and takes pride in ensuring that our Stitch Fix policies and requirements are upheld.

You’re excited about this role because you will...

  • Act as the subject matter expert on our vendor requirements and vendor compliance program and act as central point of contact for vendor questions and concerns including operational questions and challenges with shipping and delivery

  • Own the accuracy of all chargeback invoices for vendors and ensure proper documentation through external vendor portal management

  • Lead the monthly chargeback dispute process, working with our warehouse and buying teams to assess the validity of a vendor’s chargeback dispute and determine the appropriate outcome

  • Maintain up-to-date database of unique exceptions to our vendor requirements, communicate with warehouses to ensure valid exceptions do not result in chargebacks

  • Take on projects that create efficiency unlocks and streamline processes.
