We?re looking for a Director of Demand Generation who can build the framework for our spiciest (and most impactful) marketing campaigns. Your technical wizardry will help bring events, content, and emails to life, engage prospects and customers, and drive real revenue impact. You?ll grow your marketing bag-of-tricks, work with a dynamic, focused team in a high-energy environment; and (best part) have a ton of fun along the way.

Your day-to-day (as a Director of Demand Generation, you ?ll):

  • Reverse engineer a revenue goal into a robust marketing plan with a mix of programs and channels initiatives that can predictably drive revenue growth for both existing customers and new prospects.

  • Develop & execute Account-Based Marketing strategies aimed at winning specific targeted accounts in conjunction with sales.

  • Establish a set of KPIs with sales and ensure marketing meets its part of the SLA and sales is additionally following up with marketing demand to lead to predictable revenue

  • Drive strategy and execution for demand generation campaigns across all digital and offline channels optimizing towards revenue contribution

  • Interface with Marketing Communications, Sales, and Product Management to ensure their spicy ideas are brought to life

  • Track and report marketing and revenue progress to team (you?ll be our heroic canary)

  • Lead the development and management of digital assets (website, landing pages, emails content, and ads), working with individual contributors, agencies and contract partners

  • Own overall digital technology stack; evaluate, recommend and oversee implementation of new technologies to improve the process and optimize performance and can correctly attribute marketing activity to revenue contribution.

  • Champion A/B testing and marketing best practices across the organization

  • Recognition as a creative marketer who has a test-learn-refine mindset and has run a high-velocity demand generation function.

  • Support executives in defining organizational goals and strategic plans.

What does it take to do this job?

  • Leadership experience in managing a team.

  • Executive and C-Level engagement experience in outlining strategic direction and business.

  • 7+ years of marketing communications or marketing operations experience in a dynamic, fast-paced, demanding professional environment.

  • 5+ years experience in software as a service companies.

  • 5+ years of leadership experience with demand generation professionals.

  • Balance of left brain data obsession and right brain creativity.

  • A strong track record delivering results across all online and offline demand generation channels and significantly scaling revenue contribution.

  • Understands alignment and comfortable working with senior sales leadership, working with AE?s and BDR?s.

  • Proven expertise in both influence and incremental attribution modeling. Win/Lose/No decision.

  • Excruciatingly detail-oriented ? you love to dot every I & cross every t (you ?ll wear your perfectionist cap with pride).

  • The ability and desire to address unique challenges with creative solutions.

  • Highly motivated, self-starting nature; you respond positively to moderate guidance yet are capable of (and comfortable with) independent critical thinking and problem-solving & a micro-manager is your worst nightmare.

  • Out-of-this-world project management skills with the ability to multi-task and complete projects flawlessly under tight project deadlines.

  • Avid learner who prefers to formulate a hypothesis before asking someone else for the answer.

  • Agility is key. You can pivot and adapt in a quickly changing environment, and do so worry-free.

  • Stellar interpersonal skills and ability to work and communicate with a wide array of people (you ?re a people person.

  • Experience with a marketing automation (Marketo or Pardot) & a major plus, but not required.
