The Territory Sales Manager,
TSM sales position is focused on cardiovascular ultrasound sales in
one of the country's most dynamic and innovative healthcare areas. This is an

This role reports to
the Director, National Cardiac Ultrasound Sales within Siemens Healthineers and
is part of the dynamic and growing ultrasound products sales division.


Responsibilities


  • Achieve businessobjectives for assigned territory (for example, penetration of account withproduct/solution/service offerings).


  • May identify, developand manage channel partners to achieve channel goals.


  • Guides thedevelopment and execution of strategic account plans to ensure achievement ofassigned business goals.


  • Develops, builds and cultivateslong-term relationships with key management within the customer organization.


  • Assists management indevising sales plans and strategies, may develop forecasts, budgets andoperating plans for sales channels.


  • May lead team reviewsand updates of account plan based on changing market, customer conditions, andcompetitive activity.

RequiredKnowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience


  • BS/BA in related disciplineor advanced degree, where required, or equivalent combination of education andexperience.


  • Candidates will have 3+years capital equipment sales experience to a hospital call point.


  • 3+ years experience incardiology


  • 8+ years experience insales role, healthcare field preferred


  • Professional sales trainingin SPIN Selling, Strategic Selling, Professional Selling Skills, Miller-Hieman,etc.


  • Must have experienceworking with sales quotas, forecasting


  • Successful track record ofmeeting and exceeding sales goals

PreferredKnowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience


  • Specific experience sellingmedical diagnostic ultrasound strong preference


  • Imaging and highlytransactional sales experience in medical equipment strong plus


  • Success with shorter, hightransactional sales cycles a plus
