To be successful in this, we are seeking a strong creative marketing and critical leader that's focused on driving results. What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)

  • Possess effective skills in marketing and communication, strategic thinking

  • Top-tier marketing skills with brand, loyalty or direct business-to-customer experience

  • Strong influence with the ability to build relationships and partner trust with ease

  • Proven ability developing business strategy, articulating the tactics to achieve it and then delivering

  • Be an advocate and have a passion for loyalty members

  • Comfortable with large amounts of data and possess strong analytical skills to tease out findings Strong written and oral communications, good communicator with a clear vision Strong presence and understanding of a large complex business environment

  • 3-5 years in Marketing Strategy, Design, Development or similar

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)

  • MBA preferred
