Represent BCU in developing, maintaining and leveraging key partner company relationships and strategic programs with the goal of growing employee participation and engagement.


  • Lead creation and implementation of segmented strategy for specific assigned company partners.


  • Collaborate with Marketing, Member Education, Regionals, Business Development team, and Branch Managers to carry out segmented strategy and report progress.


  • Partner with internal company partners to gain support for segmented strategy and align with their goals and efforts to create targeted communication opportunities.


  • Represent BCU as key liaison and main credit union contact on a daily basis.


  • Act as company partner brand ambassador and ensure cobranded efforts best support credibility for us within SEG.


  • Prepare and present regular reviews of credit union value and relevance to company partners and BCU management, including metric dashboard and strategic updates.


  • Plan and facilitate promotional and educational on-site events, targeted campaigns and other programs which meet and exceed member participation rate and engagement goals for assigned SEGs and facilities.


  • Develop and manage a marketing and business development budget for assigned company partner and facilities.


  • Identify partner company contacts important to BCU goal attainment and proactively establish and maintain strong relationships that ultimately generate value for BCU members via access to employees and credit union support.


  • Work with the service delivery functions to meet and exceed loyalty (NPS) goals. Manage full time staff to assist with Corporate Relations and Business Development regionally.


  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:


  • Bachelors or degree required, graduate degree preferred


  • Excellent professional interpersonal and leadership skills


  • Min. 10 years strategic relationship management experience at a corporate level


  • Min. 10 years experience in managing cross functional projects from scope to implementation


  • Min. 10 years experience in marketing campaign development and execution


  • Min. 10 years experience managing or navigating corporate communication channels


  • Experience utilizing online communication channels including email, online social networking and web-delivery


  • Experience in financial services a plus


  • Experience serving Spanish-speaking clientele a plus


  • Experience with specific SEGs/Corporations preferred
