Overview:


Responsible as a member of the hospice interdisciplinary team to the hospice team supervisor and manager for the provision of skilled nursing assessment and hospice care within the scope of nursing practice to maximize comfort and promote quality of life for the patient and families consistent with Mercy at Home policies and procedures.


Qualifications:



  • Preferred Experience: One year Registered Nurse experience
  • Required Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited school
  • License: current Registered Nurse license in our state
  • Certifications: Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association
  • Preferred Certification: CHPN
