Job Description




We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales leader to help grow and develop our team of lead nurture reps and drive sales for Dentsu. The Inside Sales Director will coach and enable our team to achieve their targets. We are looking for a high-energy and team-oriented leader and know how to motivate a team to reach greater heights and a strategic operationalist who utilizes data to make decisions and set strategy for your team. This position will manage mid-funnel aspects of the sales process including lead management, qualification, evaluation and transition to sales team.


Responsibilities:


  • Build B2B Sales Team while also meeting individual goals and quota
  • Meet and exceed quotas through prospecting, qualifying and managing opportunities
  • Monitor and execute sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify/implement improvements where and when required
  • Supporting Demand Gen teams and monitor competitor activity plus providing feedback to company leadership team
  • Identify and adopt practices that improve our performance while maintaining consistency with our culture and team values
  • Manage and track efforts within Salesforce.com and develop and use dashboards and analytics to drive achievement of objectives and continuous improvement
  • Provide a rhythmic structure of daily, weekly and monthly performance activity reports and reporting through Salesforce.com, including accurate and detailed forecasting
  • Understand the competitive market, be familiar with competing companies and their product suite
  • Provide individual development and coaching to the members of your team
  • Continually optimize the sales process and technology to maximize the efficiency of the selling process while minimizing conflict


Qualifications



  • 5+ years sales management experience
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding goals and a commitment to achieving performance
  • Strong communication and presentation skills both in-person, on the phone and over email
  • Ability to shift priorities, demonstrate flexibility, coordinate multiple projects and meet multiple deadlines
  • Demonstrated history of successfully selling into enterprise accounts
  • Strong negotiating and strategic selling skills
  • Consistent track record landing net “new logos”.
  • Significant experience with Salesforce.com including report generation
  • Excellent communication skills verbal and written, team player
  • Ability to maintain effective and respected work relationships with other management and employees
  • Great work ethic and proven leadership and team-building skills
  • Proven ability to develop and drive others in a metrics-drive, process-based environment with high accountability
  • Entrepreneurial – willing to go the extra mile, strong work ethic, resourceful, “get it done” attitude; Thrive in a fast pace environment
