We are seeking an Intermediate Program Analyst to provide Program Management Office (PMO) support to Digital Engineering Implementation throughout the Navy.


  • Responsible for managing the financials and schedules.
  • Organizes, and coordinates the planning and production of all activities associated with assigned projects.
  • Prepare documents/PRs to execute funding in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) accounting database.
  • Submit a diverse variety of financial documents/PRs to cognizant field activities.
  • Provides financial analysis and reports.
  • Track documents/PRs through financial execution process to completion and field activity acceptance.


Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience with the DoD.
  • 3+ years' experience providing BFM support to Navy programs.
  • Must have an active Secret level clearance.
  • Knowledge of PPBE process including PBIS.
  • Support all aspects of the budget cycle.
  • Manage obligations and expenditures.
  • Navy Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) experience.

Preferred Skills:

  • DoD HQ Staff Experience.
  • Active Top Secret level clearance.
  • Acquisition Program Office Support.
  • Highly motivated individual capable of working independently and in teams.
