The Financial Analyst will provide on-demand timely professional support services to Team Ships Front Office. The requirement is for a junior level professional to provide Navy PEO with financial/ERP support, PPBE budgeting and execution tracking, knowledge management, brief development, action tracking, and communication support.


Responsibilities


The Financial Analyst will proactively and re-actively respond short and long term asking from the Team Ships Front Office, coordinating as necessary with stakeholders to provide quality on-time financial products (including briefs, reports, SOP's, analysis, etc.), administrative support, and correspondence as needed.


Qualifications


Required:



  • 5+ years of experience in DOD/Navy financial support to include Brief Development, Knowledge Management, and Process Improvement.
  • ERP or Financial Database experience
  • MS Suite – Specifically Power Point, Word, Access, and Excel
  • Bachelor's Degree or 5 or more years of experience.
  • Excellent communication and management skills.
  • Creative, poised, and flexible supporting TSFO leadership.
  • Must have active DOD Secret Clearance and be able to maintain a DOD Secret level clearance

Preferred:



  • Experience with current Navy or DOD Financial/ERP/Acquisition process.
  • SharePoint Knowledge/Experience.
  • Prior U.S. Navy experience
