We are currently looking for a Desk Manager to help lead this team located in Medford Oregon. Ideal candidate would have either F&I experience or Sales Manager experience. The work schedule is more of a work life balance than that at a dealership. So if you're tired of working bell to bell 6 days a week this might be the opportunity for you!

The Driveway Desk Manager manages the activities of all Driveway Revenue Agents, Processing Agents, and Logistics Coordinators, ensuring sales targets and customer service levels are achieved. This individual assists in the training, cross-training, and development of all Driveway Revenue Agents, Processing Agents, and Logistics Coordinators.

The Desk Manager reports to the Operations Manager.



  • Use of CRM to communicate structured proposals and credit applications to customers
  • Monitor Driveway Route One portal for customer credit applications, submit customers to lenders
  • Assess trade value, offer and payoff with the customer, communicate final proposal
  • Load customer and deal structure into the DMS
  • Use of Vitu to calculate DMV fees and print DMV documents
  • Send contracts and DMV paperwork to customer overnight or electronically as available

Process/Team Management

  • Work with Processing Coordinator to ensure accurate upload and execution of all required paperwork to the Digital Deal Jacket
  • Work with Logistics Coordinator on set up transport and final delivery of the vehicle to customer
  • Monitor CRM leads and Desk Log
  • Manage daily activity of the Driveway Retail Agents using the daily CRM work plan
  • Ensure all Driveway customers greeted promptly in a professional friendly manner
  • Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
  • Assist Driveway Revenue Agents with customers to ensure the vehicle sale

Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous automotive experience required
