Responsible for developing and maintaining operational productivity of high performing teams that ensures accurate and timely configuration and distribution of member materials, ID cards, and premium invoices. Support departmental and corporate initiatives by participating in various project and process improvement activities, driving toward an improved experience for our members.


Basic Qualifications:


Education - Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent education and experience) in Business Administration or related field


Experience - 3 years of experience typically gained through skills/knowledge/abilities in in a leadership role 2 years of experience typically gained through skills/knowledge/abilities in in group administration and/or premium billing and/or fulfillment or operations in healthcare insurance environment
