Employment type: Full-time is seeking a top-notch Sales Director who will help us grow a new sales channel focusing on new home construction. This is a Senior level position that will interact with the marketing teams for national and regional builders. The successful candidates will also help us scale this new channel by growing our new homes sales team. Come join us at your new home!

Responsibilities include:

Meet or exceed annual sales and content targets

Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base

Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives

Effectively communicate the value of products through proposals, presentations and meetings

Prospect to keep the sales pipeline filled

Help build, coach, and manage a successful sales team

Stay informed about industry technology, marketing and sales innovations and trends

Report on forces that shift budgets and strategic direction of accounts

Requirements include:

Proven experience meeting or exceeding targets

Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager and/or new homes marketing director

Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-suite level

Proven ability to manage successful teams

Proven ability to prospect for new potential customers

Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services and tactfully position them against competitors

Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Ability to effectively work remotely

Ability to travel regionally post-pandemic

Understanding of new homes digital marketing and technology (extremely helpful)

BA/BS degree or equivalent
