Our Sales and Marketing Generalist - Practice Support team focuses on designing, developing, and implementing communication programmes and media events to promote and sell PwC's brand and services as well as contribute to and evaluate our pricing strategies in the marketplace.

As a member of the marketing team, you'll help us create inspiring and compelling resources, experiences, and community that demonstrate one of PwC's most important strategic initiatives. You're thoughtful and collaborative with a bias towards action and you care deeply about doing what's appropriate for our customers. You will help establish our customer marketing program for PwC Products--defining what "customer marketing" means and shape the customer marketing program for impact and scale.

  • Building relationships with customers through engaging marketing campaigns to build a community of fanatic brand advocates, from onboarding to advocacy;
  • Increasing customer advocacy (including referrals, testimonials, references, etc.);
  • Identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities;
  • Increasing loyalty and retention;
  • Possessing the ability to engage and motivate customer advocates;
  • Acting as a liaison between customers and the rest of the organization;
  • Demonstrating the ability to work independently;
  • Collaborating with other departments to create an incredible customer experience and reach business goals;
  • Nurturing internal and external relationships through verbal and written communications;
  • Analyzing marketing data in order to determine effectiveness and ROI of customer engagement efforts;
  • Possessing the ability to think strategically in order to help reach marketing and sales goals, develop the brand, and improve the customer experience;
  • Possessing prior customer service, customer success, or account management experience;

  • Identifying key customers that can act as a marketing channel through case studies, speaking opportunities, etc.;
  • Helping marketing and sales meet business objectives through customer advocacy initiatives;
  • Composing and sending customer emails and email nurture sequences;
  • Managing and maintaining engagement and advocacy programs;
  • Recruiting new customer advocates on a consistent basis;
  • Managing annual/biannual/quarterly customer satisfaction surveys in order to drive change throughout the organization;
  • Leading a customer lifecycle campaign program and working with marketing operations on implementation;
  • Managing a library of up-to-date customer success stories;
  • Creating special marketing content for account management/customer success to help at-risk customers with training;
  • Targeting satisfied customers for upsell, cross-sell, and advocacy opportunities; and,
  • Providing product feedback given by advocates to the Product Management team.
