The Senior Account Manager will have the opportunity to sell mechanical services and products to commercial and industrial clients backed by world-class technicians with an unsurpassed reputation in the Salt Lake and surrounding area. This is a unique opportunity due to the extraordinary current customer base while also experiencing customer growth and expansion. While the right candidate will be challenged to increase customer volume, he/she will also have access to a sizable list of current clients. The Senior Account Manager will take initiate in the sales process, demonstrate commitment to customer service, show passion in striving to be the best, and convey enthusiasm for the organization with a "Can Do" and "Never Give Up" attitude.

Job scope and responsibilities include the following:

  • Ensure quick and effective responses to client inquiries
  • Prepare reports on the status of accounts/projects (profitability, deadlines, etc.)
  • Provide after-sales support to retain customers
  • Build rapport with the client by communicating regularly
  • Promote new products and services to the existing customers
  • Develop, maintain, and improve long-term customer partnerships
  • Negotiation of contracts according to company requirements
  • Regular reporting to the Sales Manager
  • Attend on-going trainings as requested by management


  • Bachelor's degree in business or a technical discipline.
  • 3 + years sales experience in construction and/or the mechanical contracting industry.
  • Knowledge of various HVAC mechanical and controls systems required.
  • Strong presentation, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and results oriented.
  • Ability to problem solve.
  • Attention to detail.
