The Essentials:

  • Analyze key metrics, user behavior, navigational patterns, page performance, conversion funnels, and customer experience as a means to identify e-commerce growth opportunities.
  • Partner with internal teams to plan and execute paid search strategies based on specific business needs.
  • Oversee and manage day to day decisions in regards to paid search and acquisition budgets.
  • Actively seek opportunities to increase traffic or conversion rates through analytic-driven recommendations.
  • Identify, present, and execute opportunities for A/B testing to improve customer experience and return on ad spend.
  • Conduct competitive research, establishing performance benchmarks whenever possible.
  • Collaborate on data collection capabilities to enable faster, more accurate, and more efficient reporting for multiple levels and areas of the company.
  • Provide, maintain, and summarize weekly and monthly holistic summaries of performance and takeaways that take into consideration all device types, marketing programs, merchandising strategies, and promotions.
  • Analysis of other channels or areas of business as assigned

Expert Experience:

  • Ideal candidate will have a minimum of an Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Math, Statistics or related field
  • 1-3 years analyst experience
