Role Description:

The Digital Worker technology tower within Global IT provides tools, solutions and capabilities that ultimately serves the employee as the end customer. Our goal is to ensure Accenture employees are digitally enabled to be productive for Accenture and its clients. This portfolio includes tools such as Microsoft Office 365, Accenture Portal, People Page, Enterprise Search, MediaExchange, ServiceNow and over 50 solutions that provide collaboration, web, social, knowledge, service delivery and employee productivity capabilities.

  • The Digital Worker Solution Architect is a business problem solver. They will build up deep knowledge and experience on CIO Digital Worker Productivity technologies to become a Subject Matter Expert on how to utilize these technologies to make our employees more productive. They will develop extensive functional knowledge on the products and features and how to utilize them most effectively to get value out of these tools. Productivity tools includes the Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Forms, Planner, etc.), as well as other tools such as Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Cloud, Mural, Mentimeter, Box, Touchcast, etc.


  • Embrace and immerse self in the standard Productivity Technologies, and establish self as a Subject Matter Expert on these tools
  • Engage with internal customers / business stakeholders to research solutions and provide best practices/recommendations for how to address requirements using our standard productivity solutions
  • Research, identify, and recommend potential custom development or 3rd party tools to solve business problems more effectively (e.g. new Teams add-on)
  • Work closely with Change Management and Adoption teams to share knowledge and identify opportunities for further engagement
  • Proactively identify products or features that are underutilized that can help solve business problems
  • Provide functional training to Digital Worker and other teams on best practices and tips/tricks for how to fully utilize Productivity tools
