Avalon Health Care is looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team!

Are you looking for a challenging yet rewarding Recruiting position to expand your knowledge base and grow your career? We need an outgoing, friendly, and driven individual to be the perfect addition to our department! As a Recruiter you will support multiple Skilled Nursing Facilities and hire for a variety of clinical and non-clinical roles. Our company offers an experienced team of Recruiters and Managers from diverse backgrounds to learn from, work from home opportunities, and room for advancement!

Responsibilities

• Post jobs, source candidate, interview, makes offers, and processes new hire paperwork
• Maintains candidate and applicant pools through our ATS, iCIMS
• Keeps accurate and current reporting on a daily basis
• Builds rapport with Hiring Managers, Regional Vice Presidents, and coworkers
• Have candid and crucial conversations with applicants and Hiring Managers
• Consistently hit metrics and company goals

Qualifications

Required:

• Recruiting experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• High energy
• Sales orientation and drive for results
• Organized and strong attention to detail
• Evidence of the practice of maintaining a high level of confidentiality
• Ability to analyze data and provide strategic and tactical recommendations
• Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public
• Excellent computer skills; will work with all Microsoft Office products

Preferred:

• Previous Healthcare Recruiting
• Bachelors Degree
